Your assessment evaluated soft skills across three key areas:
- Cultural Fit: How your natural tendencies and working style align with organisational cultures and values
- Role Suitability: Your natural preferences for different types of tasks and responsibilities
- Future Potential: Characteristics like ambition, agility and collaborative orientation that indicate future growth potential
There are no right or wrong answers for the personality components. Unlike a knowledge test, we're measuring your natural preferences and behavioural tendencies, not your abilities. Sometimes a question might appear to measure one area when it's actually designed to assess something different, which is why attempting to determine the "correct" answer can often lead to inaccurate results. The best approach is always to answer openly and honestly.
If your assessment included cognitive reasoning tests, these timed components measure reasoning ability rather than knowledge or education level:
- Inductive Reasoning: Identifying patterns and sequences within conceptual information
- Numerical Reasoning: Analysing quantitative information with accuracy
- Verbal Reasoning: Analysing qualitative information with accuracy
The timing is intentionally challenging, so don't worry if you weren't able to complete all questions. This is very common. For candidates requiring reasonable adjustments, extended time would have been offered on the candidate dashboard before starting the assessment.
It's important to note that cognitive tests, when included, typically account for only 10-20% of your overall assessment score, with personality components making up 80-90% of the weighting.
A Note on Fairness and Inclusivity
Our assessments are designed to be inclusive across all backgrounds, cultures, ethnicities, genders, neurodiversity, and other characteristics. We make accommodations where possible to ensure accessibility. The questions are crafted to measure workplace-relevant preferences and natural behavioural tendencies rather than cultural knowledge or specific experiences. The questions also do not take into account your personal context or circumstances when generating your results. Our global benchmark groups include diverse participants to ensure the comparisons are meaningful regardless of your background.
