Personality Questionnaire
The participant is asked questions about how they like to work, the approach that they take to completing tasks and how they typically interact with others. There are no right or wrong answers to this assessment, and the participant’s responses help us to understand whether their approach aligns with the role. The participant's responses are also used to inform interview questions that you will ask them later in the process.
The format of each question is simple, the participant simply selects their strength of agreement using a 7-point scale, which ranges from Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree.

Inductive Reasoning test
This test enables us to understand more about the participant’s logical thinking and how they solve problems. This is a timed test, and participants have up to 6 minutes to complete the 6 questions. The participant is presented with a pattern or sequence of shapes like this:

They are then given some options as to which shape should replace the missing shape in the sequence.

Verbal Reasoning test
This test presents the individual with a paragraph of information, and then asks them to make deductions and inferences based on this information. They are presented with four statements, and need to select whether these statements are true or false, on a scale of ‘Definitely false’ to ‘Definitely true,’ This test enables us to assess the ability to analyse qualitative information accurately.

Numerical Reasoning test
In this test, the individual is presented with a graph or chart and is required to read information off the chart and perform some calculations to answer the questions on the right hand side. This test enables us to assess the candidate’s ability to analyse quantitative information accurately.
