I've requested extra time, but it hasn't been added on to the assessment

The extra time will be reflected in each test that you open (in minutes & seconds), like the image below. If you're unsure that the extra time has been added on, or you can see that it hasn't been added on, please email us at support@spottedzebra.co.uk and we will be happy to take a look.
